Time flies...

Well its been three weeks since my last post and I cant believe its really been that long.  My friend said today to me you haven't blogged in a while, and secretly in my head I was thinking oh yea I have at least one follower. So now I have to get a move on it... I have people reading:) Makes me happy.  But then I realized that wow I have been so busy that I haven't had a minute to myself lately to sit down and think.  I feel pleased to say that the things that have kept me busy are just everyday life, and playing with my kids. It was Zanes birthday on 1/25 and we have been celebrating for a 2 weeks now, it has been great, playdates with friends, cupcake making, party at our church playgroup, and dinner with relatives.  I love it, but I must say (and I NEVER thought I would say this in my lifetime!!) I might be a little caked out.  We have had a ton over the past two weeks, its oh so good but 3 pounds later I probably need to stop. Cake is my favorite food.....well lets do this Ill go home tonight and finish up the rest of his spongebob cake that we had yesterday and let you know if I've really had enough:)

Until I had kids..

I was talking with some friends about things that we used to judge parents on before we were parents. And I know it is wrong, but in reality we all have those thoughts sometimes. I was saying that before I had kids I used to see a dirty car seat and think, how on earth can it get that filthy! Or when seeing kids with  binkys in their mouth that are able to talk..HMMM . Now I am writing this as a mom who's child's car seat is COVERED in smashed up goldfish and M&M's, and something mysterious on the strap that has stained, which belongs to my two year old who still has a binky (with no plan of attack on how to wean him)! NEVER again will I judge another parent!

BTW, The Target store is a completely appropriate place for lunch, you know who you are my friend,  LOVE IT!!!... if we were closer than I would meet there for our next lunch date:)

Lets begin...

My first post:..... Ive managed to upload some pics and choose a name and design fo my blog, now what to write about, HMMM.... I guess whatever come to mind and is on my heart, but do people really care about that. Dont know, but we will see.

Whats on my mind tonight...Who knew that jello was so hard to clean up! Had a incident with orange jello and the new white table cloth, why I even got a white table cloth, I dont know (it is vinyl, so its wipeble) but I did and now Im regreting it. There are LOTS of messes that I clean up on a daily basis but this for some reason wasout of control and worth mentioning, SO no more jelllo for a while.

2nd......OWN network may just be my new favorite network, so many good shows. It does not seem like junk TV (which I am a sucker for).  So far my favorite Lisa Lings, Our America.  Gotta give it to Oprah, she has created  televsion programs that make you think and are inspiring, cant wait for these shows to begin. Not that I need more tv to watch because it is my goal to watch less in 2011, but maybe I will get some inspritaion of my OWN.
